AI can draft a proposal from notes, price lists and existing material. You adapt it and check the prices.
AI suggests answers using company information. An employee checks them, leaving more time for difficult questions.
We make company information easier to find, helping new colleagues learn and reducing interruptions for experienced staff.
AI helps collect decisions, outline tasks and summarise documents. People check the key information and numbers before use.

Let’s choose one task that takes too much time. We’ll check whether AI helps, what it costs and whether the team wants to use it. We start with a small trial using material that can be used safely.

WHEN YOU NEED TO RESPOND QUICKLY
Falling results, the departure of a key employee or the loss of a major customer can unsettle a business. I help clarify the situation, choose priorities and agree initial actions.
Let’s discuss the urgent situation ↗We examine lost opportunities, your offer and the sales approach, separating changes in demand from issues the business can influence.
We review pricing, discounts, service costs and the way work is organised. When deeper profitability or cash-flow analysis is needed, I involve a finance specialist.
We examine role requirements, candidate selection and onboarding, and whether the team’s overload comes from staffing gaps or how tasks are organised.
We compare the company’s promise with the customer’s experience, examining complaints, inconsistent communication and difficulty explaining what makes the offer different.
We identify what needs protecting first: relationships, knowledge, responsibilities and continuity. I help plan communication and the team’s next actions.

In an initial, no-obligation conversation, we clarify the problem and decide whether there is a useful next step. If I can help, I prepare a proposal with scope and price.
We choose a priority, an expected outcome and how to assess it. You know the scope and price before work starts.
We combine diagnosis, work with people and implementation, checking what works and what needs adjusting.
